Are you starting a New Years Resolution for 2018 to get healthier? Are you sick of feeling sick and tired? If so, Fortitude Fitness has the program for you. We are starting a new program called 6 weeks to lean. You are given all the tools, guidance, food plans, and encouragement to be successful. All you have to do is sign up. Commit and say I’m in.

What is 6 Weeks to lean?

This is a specially focused training program that helps clients beat the New Years Frustration and helps you succeed long past the 6 weeks. Studies show that those who make a resolution quit before day 21. What we know is that it takes 21 days to quit a habit and 21 days to start a new one. With our expert coaches and motivated staff, we help you be successful from day 1. We remove the fears of feeling out of place, or wondering what to do.

How will I know what to do?

We will schedule you for a FREE orientation before you begin.  You will receive your suggested meal plans, meet some of the trainers, and hear success stories. You will also create your goal and the game plan will be set. At the orientation night we will take weight, measurements, BMI, and give you food log sheets. This will help you keep track of your eating. At the end of each week, each challenge will turn in there food journal for accountability.

How many days a week do classes meet?

Our boot-camp classes meet 6 days a week. Monday – Friday 5,6,9 am and 4,5,6 pm. Saturdays at 7 am and 9 am. You are not committed to one class time. We allow you the flexibility to come to the class that best fits your schedule for that day.

( or signed up for the December Only special). This program is open to the first 80 Men and Women to sign up. Class times will fill up fast so register and hold your spot today.
