Each small group includes 1 coach and up to 4 clients.
The greatest value of this program is your 1-on-1 strategy session. We understand that each client is unique. During your strategy session, we custom craft a game plan that is specific to your goals.
We get it! Sticking to a workout program is HARD. Nobody should struggle sticking to a program and that is why you will be assigned a coach who will be with you every step of the way.
